3,4 & 5 mm Automatic Die Cutting Plates
These are heavy-duty backing surfaces engineered to handle massive pressure distributions (often up to 250+ tons) inside high-speed industrial platen presses. Unlike thin 1 mm counter plates used primarily for precision creasing and kiss-cutting, these thicker plates serve as structural base plates or dedicated heavy-gauge punching platforms. They are critical for processing dense, rigid substrates like multi-wall corrugated board, thick plastics, leather, and heavy grey board.
